Our Swiss Chard is simply impressive! Most of our customers return for the Rainbow and Red Chard; however, the White Chard is milder in flavor and can be paired with fish, chicken or used as a plant-based alternative!
Our Collard Greens start off on the tender side in early July but become heartier closer to Harvest. Collards do not have to cook for hours like our grandmothers cooked them. Try a quick sauté in the early season and keep the nutrients in the leaf itself otherwise, you are making Pot Liquor! #potlikker
The Basic Kale is now found in most kitchens today; however, try our Kale cultivated the Jamaican way! It takes on a whole new flavor. Great to eat Raw or as a Salad!

We provide an array of squashes for summer winter and fall.
Zucchini is a very popular Italian style Vegetable which grows in our region in early summer to late summer. Our Zucchini tends to be sweet which results in the fruit growing small to medium in size. This ensures a sweet and flavorful product.
Similar to Zucchini, our Yellow Squash grows in our region in early summer to late summer. The Yellow Squash variety tends to be milder in flavor and therefore has a tendency to grow larger in size. This variety is great in stews, as well as in baked applications.
This variety is popular in America and can be found in most local Supermarkets. Our Butternut is naturally grown, and therefore comes in a variety of sizes. We pick and sell small or large.
The Jamaican Pumpkin in a savory take of the sweet pumpkin and lantern pumpkins we are accustomed to in America. These pumpkins are normally roasted or cooked in a savory application. Come by our farm and learn how to roast in an open fire or in the oven!
