All about our Natural Jamaican Farm and Operation

Farmer Delroy operates our farm just as he did and his father did in his homeland of Victoria District, Jamaica. NO MACHINES are used for Tilling or Cultivation. All work is done by hand. Farmer Delroy believes in hand to earth connection. He likes to be on the ground to oversee the condition of his crop firsthand. 

Our Irrigation system is quite GENIUS! Farmer Delroy uses natural gravity to draw water from our mineral pond, into the irrigation system lines throughout our acreage of land. The mineral water is rejuvenated organically through the natural waves produced by the stream serving as a catalyst to the quality of our produce.

No harmful pesticides are used on our land and since the land  is protected by the owner, a strong animal activist, NO harmful extermination techniques are

practiced. Instead, we use strategical tactics to draw Deer, Groundhog and other mammals away from the crop, and re-directing them toward their natural habitat.
